• Provide psychological and emotional support to students.
• Help students manage academic stress, exam anxiety, motivation, and study-related challenges.
• Conduct individual and group counselling sessions.
• Work closely with parents, teachers, and academic coordinators to support student wellbeing.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional counselling standards.

Selection Procedure: Based on the offline test, interview, and Demo Class. Selected candidates will receive 3 months of salary-based training. After training, he/she will be on probation for one year. Upon successful completion of probation, they will be appointed as junior faculty members at the Brilliant Study Centre.
