We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable professor to teach various design subjects related to UCEED, NID, NATA, B.Arch, and B.Planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design education and a proven track record in guiding students towards academic excellence. As a professor, you will be responsible for  delivering engaging lectures, mentoring students, and contributing to the overall growth of our design programs.

Qualification

BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts)

B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)

B.Des (Bachelor of Design)

Or any related degree in Design, Architecture, or Fine Arts

1. Oversee and verify day-to-day accounting entries in the accounting system.
2. Ensure accurate recording of receipts, payments, journal entries, and
   adjustments.
3. Monitor ledger scrutiny and reconciliation of all major accounts.
4. Process and monitor day-to-day vendor payments after verifying bills,
   approvals, and supporting documents.
5. Reconcile vendor statements regularly and resolve discrepancies.
6. Prepare and file monthly and quarterly GST returns, such as GSTR-1 and
   GSTR-3B.
7. Reconcile purchase records with GSTR-2B and follow up for mismatches with
   vendors.
8. Ensure timely payment of GST liabilities and maintain proper GST records.
9. Deduct TDS as per applicable sections of the Income Tax Act.
10. Ensure timely deposit of TDS and prepare quarterly TDS returns such as 24Q
    and 26Q.
11. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor outstanding entries.
12. Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries for management
    review.
13. Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and schedules.
14. Coordinate with vendors, auditors, consultants, and tax authorities when
    required.
15. Provide financial data, reports, and clarifications to management as needed.

1. Class management and discipline
2. Co-ordination and evaluation of exams and preparation of report cards
3. Regular evaluation of students performance in academics and motivation
4. Co-ordinating parents meetings and updating them about students progress
5. Coordinating time table for daily classes
6. Act as a connecting link between parents and Brilliant (PRO)
7. Fee collection and hostel supervision

Hostel warden
1. Managing Hostel discipline.
2. Hostel management (coordinating for maintenance, food menu, transportation etc)
3. Fee collection when required
4. Accompanying sick students to hospital
5. Performs other duties as assigned by Reporting Manager or Management

Selection Procedure: Based on the offline test, interview, and Demo Class. Selected candidates will be given 3 months of training with a salary. After training, he/she will be on probation for one year. On successful completion of probation, they will be appointed as junior faculty in the Brilliant Study Centre.
