We are looking for qualified educators to join our team in various locations across Kerala. This role combines academic instruction with residential student management.

Candidate Requirements

Education: * Postgraduate degree in Science or Mathematics.

B.Tech or M.Tech graduates.

Gender: Open to both Male and Female applicants.

Marital Status: Preferred Unmarried candidates

Flexibility: Must be willing to work at any location across Kerala.

Residential & Warden Duties

Mandatory Hostel Residency: Candidates appointed as Class Teachers are required to reside in the student hostel.

Warden Responsibilities: In addition to their class teacher job, staff will function as Hostel Wardens, ensuring the safety, discipline, and well-being of residents.

Job Responsibilities & Required Skills

1. Academic & Batch Management

Responsibility: Mentoring and managing various batches of students.

Key Skills:

Subject Matter Expertise: Understanding of Science or Mathematics subjects taught in the course

Adaptability: should be adaptable to all kinds of students.

Organization: High proficiency in conducting exams and tracking student progress.

2. Leadership & Discipline

Responsibility: Class management and hostel supervision.

Key Skills:

Classroom Control: Maintaining a productive and disciplined learning environment.

Conflict Resolution: Mediating disputes between students in both the classroom and the hostel.

Authority & Empathy: Balancing a firm hand in discipline with a supportive, approachable nature.

3. Mentoring & Student Welfare

Responsibility: Acting as a mentor and Hostel Warden.

Key Skills:

Effective Communication: Clear, persuasive, and professional verbal and written skills.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Recognizing student distress or behavioral changes early.

Counseling: Providing basic guidance for students' academic and personal growth.

4. Operational & Administrative

Responsibility: Living on-site as a Warden; ready to work anywhere in Kerala.

Key Skills:

Crisis Management: Remaining calm and decisive during emergencies (medical issues, hostel safety).

Time Management: Successfully balancing teaching hours with after-hours warden duties.

Cultural Competence: Ability to integrate into various local communities across Kerala.

1. Class management and discipline
2. Co-ordination and evaluation of exams and preparation of report cards
3. Regular evaluation of students performance in academics and motivation
4. Co-ordinating parents meetings and updating them about students progress
5. Coordinating time table for daily classes
6. Act as a connecting link between parents and Brilliant (PRO)
7. Fee collection and hostel supervision

Hostel warden
1. Managing Hostel discipline.
2. Hostel management (coordinating for maintenance, food menu, transportation etc)
3. Fee collection when required
4. Accompanying sick students to hospital
5. Performs other duties as assigned by Reporting Manager or Management
