Selection Procedure: Based on the offline test, interview, and Demo Class. Selected candidates will receive 3 months of salary-based training. After training, he/she will be on probation for one year. Upon successful completion of probation, they will be appointed as junior faculty members at the Brilliant Study Centre.

Test Syllabus: NCERT Class 11 &  12 Topics

Salary and Stipend: Commensurate with qualifications and performance, which is the best in the field
